We have stayed in some pretty not so great rv parks, but this one really went above and beyond in that category.

This park was ridiculous in the way the rvs are packed in. The grass areas were burn and the vehicles were all parked in the roads, to the point that it wqs difficu;t to back inot our spot. The amenities seemed to be in good working condition, but the grounds we quite bad.

There is a nice little play area with outdoor games, and there is a pool and hot tup that looked clean. There is a trail to the beach that is about a half mile long and a fairly easy walk with a sand tread. We did have full hookups which is nice, cell coverage was decent, two bars Verizon, one bar AT&T. Starlink works well.
